This notice describes how imga, as data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), processes your personal data.
Data controller
Your personal data is processed by imga as the data controller within the scope described below.
Personal data processed
Contact data such as name, email, phone, and company, along with content you submit via forms and the trial.
Purposes of processing
Your data is processed to respond to requests, run demo and quote processes, deliver and improve the service, and meet legal obligations.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your explicit consent, the establishment/performance of a contract, and the data controller's legitimate interest.
Transfers
Your data may be shared only to the extent necessary and in compliance with KVKK with the infrastructure and email providers we use.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request its correction or deletion, and object. Submit requests to merhaba@imga.ai.
